Yes.....and no. Whole beans are roasted and shipped on the same day, while grounds ship out the day after they are roasted. Give it a try now

This is a complex question, but in a nutshell, single origin coffee is harvested from one place, while blends are made up of coffees from different places.

We currently ship to the contiguous United States. (48 states plus Washington, D.C.) If this is you, give us a try!

Orders are sent using USPS Priority Mail. Other options are available during checkout.

Your order is usually shipped within 1-5 days, depending on the product . Your carrier may take additional 1-5 days.

Pretty easy math here, so you can put your calculator away. Standard shipping is always free. Upgraded shipping is available during checkout.

Time is of the of the essence here because it all depends on how far along your order is in the process. Obviously, the sooner you contact us, the better. Bottom line, we will always do our best to help you out. Please notify us at support@goalroast.com as soon as possible to request cancellation.

If you're a first-time customer we want you to get to know us, so the answer is yes. Full stop. If you have an issue, any issue, reach out to support@goalroast.com and we will either replace your item with something comparable, or we will issue a full refund. You choose. No questions asked. No need to return it if it’s perishable. For existing customers reach out to support and we will do everything in our power to make it right.

Because whole beans ship out the same day they're roasted, and grounds ship out the next day, They may come in separate packages and at different times. We also don't want to hold up an order if contains both perishables and non-perishables.
