It Seems Your Cart Is Empty. You Can Fix This By Heading Back Into The Store!
If you are a first time customer, you can basically ignore everything below. We want you to try us without the wondering whether you'll be happy with it or not. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will either send you a similar product as a replacement or we will issue a full refund. You choose. There will be no questions asked (except which option you'd prefer) and you dwn't have to return anything to us.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund, replacement or return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@goalroast.com. Please note that returns may need to be sent us. We will notify you with instructions after you contact us.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at support@goalroast.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Coffees cannot be returned, because they are considered perishable goods. If your order was damaged, please see Damages and issues section. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We can only offer exchanges involving perishables for wrong items received or damaged shipments. Please contact us at support@goalroast.com immediately in these instances, or for non-perishables.
Refunds
Some items may need to be returned to us to be inspected. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@goalroast.com.
